Myronas Stratis

During the past days I´ve been making my return back to the blogging-world, if I could say so. Last year you, my dear follower, found daily 4-6 new posts. Now I´m promising you 1-2 new posts. 

Greece is in the news once again, thanks to the forthcoming elections and not getting into that. Still this motivated me to find something nice from Greece, which I haven´t done before.

Myronas Stratis aka Myron Stratis was born in Athens 1982. He studied both piano and guitar and that took him to various groups. He took part in Thessaloniki Songfestival and got 3rd place in 2006. He has released 3 albums what I do know of. You might like to visit his facebook / twitter 

He released his newest song/video in December 2014 " de ftanei i agapi " (love is not enough), which is chosen for you.

 

The beginning was dramatic and powerful and his voice soft, which was the perfect match selling the story we all know too well... sometimes love is just not enough. Without saying I like this song a lot.

Afghanistan Aryana Sayeed

And we are back  and so is superb star from Afghanistan aswell.

This song is dedicated for the women of Afghanistan.

I find this artist very talented and this song has such an powerful message to all of us. World we live in isn´t perfect, but we could maybe change it for bit better starting from you, one person at the time.

Break

This blog has been unfortunately on break for the past week or two. This is due of chrisis in family. Family comes always first.

I suppose that in July 1st it´s business as usual. Thank you for understanding.

Indonesia : Nidji

Nidji is alternative popmusic band from Jakarta. Nidji´s name come from japanese word niji= rainbow. Band was founded 2002 and has released 7 albums.

This is amazingly beautiful song. Melodic rock and the vocals are simply touching my very critical heart. Catchy song and I keep on wondering of the high quality which comes when band has been together creating their sound over an decade. Well done indeed. I am eagerly looking forward for more from this group :)

Indonesia : Dadali

Dadali is indonesian popgroup, which was founded in 2009. 6 members and they have released 5 albums since 2011.

I have today listened this song several times as today especially this kind of melodic popsong is what I love most. I feel the passion and Dyrga (leadsinger) delivers that with such perfection. Great song,great group :)
