WOM = world of music videos is a project, which started in february 2014 by Martti Immonen,Finland.
This is however a project, that is best shared and yes YOU can be WOM correspondent in your
country.
Goal:
1) promote the music and artists
2) share the knowledge by offering information,links and video
3) connecting people - readers with the artists and readers with readers blog is just the 1st stage now we are looking for the 2nd stage which is sharing the fun of reporting
4) team members from each nation is preferable --- surprise surprise whom is the 1st that is shown here :)
What it takes from you?
1) Time, but you are the master of that. WOM doesn´t expect x amount of hours/day,week nor month
WOM is very pleased to receive hopefully once a week, but as said depends on you. If you do more
that is simply superb.
Artists/Recordcompanies
Every artist and recordcompany can contact us easily via the form on 1st page or my email martti65 gmail.com ( later on an own email-account will be created for this project)
and do clever promotion with us. Still WOM selects what is going to be written/shown. Recordcompanies can always send in materials, cds for various contests.
Sponsors
Naturally WOM would like to have sponsors and depends on terms naturally. Still WOM is going to be quite independent blog even if someday we would receive sponsors.
Disclaimer
WOM doesn´t own any of the rights for the music videos. Information is collected from various sources from wikipedia, various internet sites and from there mixed up as own product. Each artist/record company can however inform us anytime, if the given information is false or that you like to add something or simply remove. WOM:s purpose is to promote and nothing more than that.
WOM tries not to mix with any type of politics and won´t add videos with either show sexual behaviour, violence, drugs,guns etc. Wom keeps in mind whom might be watching this blog and in that way keep it clean.
Statistics:
Our statistics are not unfortunately showing the correct figures. This is because the counter wasn´t working correctly during the 1st month, which is sad. The new counter was added March 15th! This site has over 3200 pageviews and visitors from 50 nations.
