Arsenie Todiras was born in Chisinau 1983. He was the youngest member in popgroup O-Zone. Group released 2 albums and various singles. On his solocareer he has released 1 album and several singles. He represented Moldova together with Natalia Gordenko and Connect-R in Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with the song "loca".
He won the Viña Del Mar festival this year.

This is catchy poptune, but for some reason I am not directly sold. Here is plenty of great elements,which should make this something. Arsenium I know from earlier and Sati was new to me. Hmm :)
