Agnetha Åse Fältskog aka Agnetha was born in Jönköping 1950. Many of us remember her being 1 of Abba between 1972-1982, but she had massive career before Abba too. She has released 13 albums and several songs by her are in various other collections too. 12 best of albums also tell how popular she really is.
I did grow up first listening to her, then Abba and now both :)
Agnetha wrote her 1st song at age of 6 and she made the debut at age of 5 performing "billy boy" in amateur theater. At 15 she was vocalist in a danceband. 1967 she made the 1st recording "jag var så kär" (I was so in love) which was her 1st number one hit (sold over 80000). About her I could keep on writing an novel, but maybe this isn´t the right place. I am glad, that after all the time she returned to the studios and made superb album "A"(2013). Get it and you will enjoy many great songs. One of the best by her early years in my opinion is "om tårar var guld" (if tears would be gold) which still brings tears to eyes like it did back then.

She is back how superb this is. She has the voice and she is as strong today as she was while she started. This song is superb,catchy,radio friendly,hitpotential and message that is universal, love.
