Italy : Raige

Italy is such an country, that I have plenty of times tried to write an new post here. Each time I simply listen and listen as it´s difficult to choose :)

Raige, Alex Andrea Vella, born 1983. Yes he is the 1st rap-artist in Wom and some of you say that finally :)
He has been taking part in freestyle contest several times and usually he brings home the 1st place. He has released 11 albums incl. EP.s and those where he has been part of a group.

Now he has been signed to a major label,warner, so this is the 1st fruit from this marriage if I can say so. This video was released today couple of minutes ago

To be honest I do listen rap-music, despite being nearly 50, but rarely I listen rap in other languages than finnish or swedish. First time for everything they say. Raige is fresh artist, if such can be said after 11 albums, but hey I must say it. He is still rather new in many ways. The production could not be any better and I am so facinated over the backrounds, the soundworld ... welldone guys. Raige has the voice and yeah I got excited and curious how the rest of the new album might sound like as that is clearly what this new song promises. Bravo Raige :)
