Togo Senzaa

Recently I have learned new things, that in Togo exist awesome artists. Sure that´s the case in every country, but really finding unique rare diamonds like Senzaa doesn´t happen everyday.

Senzaa is new artist born in Accra, Ghana and this is her debut single.
Unfortunately there is no information what so ever about her despite heavy search, so this is a plea to all of you in Togo help out :)

 

Since I heard this song last night has this melody been on my mind and the chorus I have learned to sing along despite knowing what´s it all about either. Music is universal language of it´s own and you will see how it doesn´t matter as she sings more than perfectly with that beautiful voice. Song is well written and the changes in melody,rhythm before ending are superb lifts. Definately this couldn´t be any better. Divine Senzaa :)

Togo: Dieudonné Wila

In this journey trough the world it's the turn to visit an african nation, Togo, who is the home of a very young and talented singer, Dieudonné Wila.

Togo: Marthe Audrey

Marthe Audrey is superb artist with big heart from Togo.
She debuted 2002 and has released at least 3 albums.
She has also own charityorganisation "child to child" and she is founder and president of it.
I have contacted her, so we could update this article.

 

I liked this song a lot for many reasons. This had own sound and I thought it would come from the small island Cape Verde, but no Marthe had the same style/sound as I have been familiar to hear from Cesaria Evora.  Do listen and you will see the beautiful melody and talented artist :)

Togo: Toofan

We have lots of countries yet to visit in Africa and in the world too. Be patient as slowly we get there :)

Few minutes ago was released the new single/video by the togolese group Toofan. Barabas & Masta are the two members in this group, whom debuted 2005. This group has gained lots of success also outside of Togo and I don´t wonder why.
This new single "la meme histoire" is so catchy, that the hips will start moving automatically. Try it and get the sunshine from Togo to you where ever you might be.
