Bolivia: Chila Jatun

Bolivia is perhaps the most unknown nation musically talking in South America. There are few bolivian pop singers on their own music charts, dominated by argentinians, mexicans and colombians. But they have their own regional music, the famous "Musica Andina" (Music from the Andes) that is very characteristic on Bolivian music, where they use their regional musical instruments like panflute. The most legendary band from Bolivia, are the Kjarkas, famous in 70's and 80's they even represented Bolivia in the World Popular Song Festival in Tokyo. Now a new generation formed by their sons and nephews are put together into a new band, Chila Jatun, that now we are showing to you.
