Daniela Paz Castillo Vicuña , born 1984 is better know as Daniela Castillo. She has been singing and taking part in various contest practically her whole life. She had the major breakthru after she took part in the popular talent contest "rojo fama contrafama" in 2002. The contest itself wasn´t her perhaps best memory and that you may read from wikipedia.
She has released 4 albums. Several singles for songs from various movies etc which aren´t on albums. Lately she has also been on theatre stage playing major roles such as Mary Poppins.

I selected the song "juro" from her latest album also due of the theme. Violence inside family specially against women is theme which quite many artists are singing about to gain the notice for this. Personally I know it far too well and could tell my own story, but here isn´t the place nor the time. All I can say is, that do keep in mind that when someone hits you for the 1st time ... leave as the 2nd hit will happen and who knows it could be also the last. Take the divorce and don´t ever stay in a marriage just because of the children as believe me, that isn´t what kids want or is for the best for kids either. And when you notice something like this ... don´t play stupid and be silent, blind and mute as you can help and put the stop to this. Back then I tried to stop it, but noone did listen as I was just an kid.... so kid had to rescue own mother. Really. Could tell more, but ....

I find the artist very talented and the song effective and catchy enough. Can´t get enough :)
